Programs

Everyone trains here

Eight programs on one curriculum, in every club. Kids on green, adults on near black, the Fight Team on gold. Each one starts with a free class and a conversation with a coach about where you are and where you want to go.

Tiny Tigers

Thirty minutes of movement, balance, listening and the first shapes of a stance. No contact. Coaches trained for this age.

The six disciplines

One curriculum

Every discipline is taught on the same house system, so a kickboxing class in West Allis and one at the Chicago flagship teach the same thing the same way. The ladder tests all six.

  • BoxingHands, footwork, the jab that opens everything.
  • KickboxingStriking with every limb; the Showtime discipline.
  • WrestlingWho decides where the fight happens.
  • Brazilian Jiu-JitsuControl and submission on the ground.
  • TaekwondoRange, timing and the kicks nobody sees coming.
  • MMAAll of it, together, under one coach.
